Buying an AGON in Argentina

Hello hopefully you can help,I am thinking about buying an "Agon Sport" (the face says) wrist watch from a street vendor in south america for a 100 dollars. I know nothing about watches but like the old fashioned/classic look. It needs to be wound for power, The second had ticks maybe 120-180 times per minute, kind of like old omega's I have seen.
