Hey guys I had asked Jim Skeleton over on his forum if you could damage a watches movement by adjusting the hands backwards on an automatic and or a mechanical watch and he said yes you can. So I would'nt do it, even though some people here said it was fine but just as a precaution don't because you probaly well at some point and you will be kicking yourself in the but if the movement breaks.........
