Later model speedmasters more troublesome?
I think I have noticed more problems reported for later model speedys than older ones. Consistent with my experience with 3. Have one fairly well used by original owner, 1994 gold and ss, that has been 100% reliable. Recently bought rarely used 2000 Schumacher cheap. It had sweep second hand displaced off zero and nonfunctional minute register. Had another little used conventional speedy later model I did not use much; sold to a relative. He is careful user, but it cost $800 for Omega repair af........
