and keeps on ticking!!!!! So, I get dispatched to a found property call. A lady walking her dog finds a briefcase in a ditch and instead of throwing it into the nearest dumpster, she naturally calls the local PD (since we answer the phone). I get there and see this mess, briefcase in a million pieces, tons of rotten papers from the 60's, couple of pairs of eyeglasses, check stubs, and a vintage SS Timex.
