I took my Luminox 3900 to Walmart to get a new battery. The watch was working, but the battery was getting weak. After trying 2 different batteries, the person at the jewelry counter said my watch doesn't work with their batteries. Consequently, I took my watch to a Dakota Watch store in the mall. Their person said that the battery lead that sits just under the battery had been torn off. The battery cannot power the watch without this piece of metal.
