1120 date question . . . .

I know there are C.O.S.C. standards are for timekeeping; I was just wondering if Omega has some sort of standard regarding a "window of opportunity" for when the date changes on the 1120 movement. I'm sure there's quite a bit more latitude for something like that, if there even is such a consideration.My 2254 changes anywhere from 2359 hrs to 0003 hrs (11:59 pm to 12:03 am).Just curious.:)........
