Price of 5140R in France or U.K.

Hi,My husband fell in love with the 5140R while on vacation. We are going to London and Paris next month and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the price of it is in those two countries. I know about the recent price shift but given the poor Euro strength and VAT refund, I'm wondering if there would be a difference. Also I felt buying it at an actual flagship store would be special as this is his first Patek (I've been trying to buy him one for years.). Is the 5140R so rare we risk ........

I really liked the look of the watch because the gold movement is visible - great fun. BUT it's wound by movement which makes it a royal pain. Every day it must be reset as the movement isn't sufficient to keep it wound
