Hi, I have been left a watch by my father, an Omega Seamaster Calendar. I'd like to know what the key information is in order to properly evaluate its value, aside from the sentimental aspect, of course. rotary submariner with waves ...

i happened to notice a rotary watch in a jewellers which is the spitting image of a two-tone omega submariner but has an omega wave pattern dial. cost was less than 150 IIRC. anyone else seen this watch?........

Seiko SRP148, Really good!

I picked one up as a my deal on Altrec. It definitely does what it's made to do. I like it better than my old Altimax because the compass feature allows me to take bearings. I also love the mango color. Altrec is the best.
