Seamaster problems ???

2210.51.00, I have had my seamaster planet ocean for only 6 months & just three days ago i noticed that it was no longer holding it's 44hr charge. This is the second seamaster that i have owned and both have now had the same problem???Does anyone know why? & will it keep on happening, my AD now has the watch as i brought it back today for them to fix & they kindly said that they would re-validate my warranty, in other words give me another 3yr's, but im still worried that it's going ........

Seiko talking watch

Got a grab bag at an antique mall a couple of weeks ago and this was inside. Cleaned it up a little and replaced the battery and ..hey! it still works. I might flip it, might keep it. It definately needs a new band/bracelet/strapThoughts?........
