My grandmother's Waltham watch

I am having so much fun with my postings of trench watches I thought I would post this. I am curious if it is worth fixing. The winder is missing and the glass is really scratched up. The serial number indicates that the watch is from around 1934. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.........

This was not quite what I thought. I have a wrist and found that it would not sit right on my wrist and was too large. The baguettes out sized the watch face making it hard to tell time for me.
