Unidentified Omega Dial with Diamond Hour Markers???

Hi Omega Forum,I just bought this to refurbish, with a 563 movement. I can't find anything like it on the web. The 563 shows a serial number indicating 1972 production. Any ideas as to what model? A Frankenstein? Could the diamonds be real?Thanks for your help.AdamOmega Diamonds.jpg........
