antique Hamilton watch identification

Newbie here!I have an antique Hamilton watch that belonged to my grandmother. It is engraved on the back with the date of 1927. It is very small - about 1 1/4" and may be a lapel watch. I am reluctant to "play" with it by opening the back and getting the serial number. I would be grateful for any help in identifying this watch.Thanks!Hamilton front all good2.jpgLucyPA........
