A bit of self repair: Watch running too slow

I have a vintage Westclox Pocket Ben (Luminous) that is running too slow. At its' fastest setting, it is loosing about 10 minutes in a day. If some sort of repair can be done somewhat easily, I would like to try before replacing the watch. This watch has no jewels, and it may just be breakdown over time on the other hand, it probably hasn't been oiled in 60 years.
