Weird formatting in General Forum

I'm having trouble viewing threads in the General Forum, using IE. Firefox is OK. The other forums seem to be OK. I think it's the new Azimuth watch graphic.The threads are displaying all the way on the right and the title and all blue on the left. Anyone else having this problem?........

I have wrist bones and regular size watch bands pinch and bruise me. I was happy to find a watch that fit without binding. I could even remove one link. And it looks good too!
