Which bezel is correct for this pre moon speedy

I am thinking of replacing my very rough bezel/bezel insert on my latest Speedmaster find. It is a pre moon model 145022-69 (from early 1969) I have a couple of bezel options supposedly from this vintage but one has a hyphen over the first E in TACHYMETRE and the other one does not (see photos)The current bezel I have on does not have the hyphen and I am assuming it is the original so obviously I want to replace with the same, anyone know when this hyphen came in please, thanks. Longiines 10L and 30L movements

Hi, Does anybody know if a 10L movement will fit in a watch originally housing a 30L?My year 1959 sub seconds Longines needs a better movement.No or very few 30L's around but I have located several nice 10L movements.If I buy a 10L can I just pop it in the 1959 case?........
