Recently when omega releasing at Basel the new updated version of the SUB having the ceramic bezel I was brought to thinking about bezels in general. Since omega is using Ceramic for some of them I was wondering what Omega's, and other watch companies, bezels are made of? Is it etched on with lasers, painted, etc? What is it? Are they scracth proof?........

A Tourneau Store opens a couple miles fron my house tomorrow and they had all the windows dressed up today.I live in close proximity to a number of AD's but I have to say that Tourneau,being dedicated to timepieces only, has the best selection that I have ever seen in one place.Given what I have heard about their lack of discounting I ,very well ,may never buy there but I sure will look.They had a nice selection of U-Boat watches (which I have never seen in person)Those bad boys dwarf the Russia........

Vacheron Constantin 7409, Really good!

This is my second Citizen watch purchased at Macy's. It is very nice, streamlined, simple yet elegant. Solar powered and accurate. Just perfect watch at a reasonable price.
