Are there any rules of thumb for regulating an automatic (Swiss) movement by leaving the watch in a different position overnight? For example, watch runs slow, leave it crown down overnight. Runs fast, crown up. I'm refering to ETA movements. I thought I saw that omega instructions come with this sort of information.........
