Monday Monday - Can't trust that day 8/29/11
Survived Irene - what a ton of water! Wasn't sure I'd be able to get to work today as every bridge was closed on my route as of yesterday.I'm wearing this Essex today. I got it a while back as a spare movement. Used it to fix another watch. Since yesterday's weather was so bad I just hung out in my shop and cleaned stuff up. I managed to cobble together a working 980 from a bunch of parts and voila!The back of this case is worn through - otherwise I'd be tempted to refinish the dial.........
