Hello,I am a brand new virgin to this forum, and I could use some assistance.I just purchased from an auction a PP 2506-1 10-200 movement. The serial No. on the movement is 745xxx and the case back sn. is 690xxx which would place it at around 1949-50?What is unusual, or at least from what I have been able to determine, is that the movement lacks a lot of inscriptions such as no. of jewels, , adjustment info, etc. I will try to post a pic of it here if I can figure it out.Everything looks identi........
skx175 v skx009 price difference
I have read so many posts regarding these watches, the whole issue of are they the same model and if so what is the difference if any. Every post says they are basically the same watch with just a couple of minor difference regarding lettering on the dial and caseback and they are for different markets worldwide. If the above is true and they are the same watch then why does the skx175 carry a higher price tag. I have seen dealers selling both models but the 175 can be up to $80 more expensive, ........
