BREITING launches new website
Breitling's new 2010 website has launched!! It still has the same overall look, but it's been greatly improved (IMO) by adding all the navigation links to the left of the screen. You can also navigate those links without changing screens. It's now easier to get to the maintenance & retail locator's, as well as the model information. All new models have had their technical details added as well.They've added more information to many of the models, and have added a Configurator application........
Restore question
I am fairly new to this site, it is great! I just purchased my first Longines, a 1952 Barlow. See my post from 9-10-2011 for pics. I am really leaning toward having the dial cleaned/restored. I have read many comments both for and against restoring an original dial. If you look at the pics, I think a cleaned/restored dial would really make the watch look fabulous especially with the gold nuggets on the case. (The gold nuggets are an Alaska thing. If you goolge about them you will find that........
