I have been wondering about this for a while now. Although the manual says that once exposed to salt water one should clean with warm fresh water and soap, I wonder if prolonged exposure to soapsuch as the soap one uses while they shower is harmful for the watch or any other kind of soap for that matter. Also, should the watch be exposed to water on a daily basis? In the states, our water, at least where I live, has chlorine even if it is a negligible amount and I don't think it is known what ch........
i have this watch that.
sooo i have a Stauer automatic that i had since...March? i think. anyway 99 bucks and a heck of a good watch (for the money) keeps GREAT time like as good as my old quartzy and i went mountain biking with it on, i totally forgot it was on and it was fine. I slam it against the wall all the time (by accident of coarse) and again its fine! no time loss no time gain. i think its just cuz it was computer built.........
