Non LE black Bond...what's the score?
Pretty much as it says really!Do we know for sure exactly what form this watch will take? I thought it was basically the blue "Bond" but in black. Before that we all thought it was going to be the 2254.50 with a Co Axial movement and applied markers! Now Houston tells me it's going to be the classic "Bond" look but have the laquered dia(sweet) and therefore will be the LE minus the "007" stuff.Ca........

Hey guys!I got another size 3/0s Elgin in the mail today in need of restoration (as usual).Serial number on the movement dates to 1918 just as it should.Once I removed the dial I turned it over to see if it was date stamped (not all of them are stamped).I had to do a double take ! ! !The dial has a date stamp of 10 18 for October 1918, nothing unusual.BUT ! ! ! ! ! !This dial is DOUBLE STAMPED ! !........
