I am the owner of the new submariner with the white gold and blue face. It retails around 30,000 dollars. I had a problem with the hour hand being behind its normal position. I sent it to omega with the warranty information. The jewlery store looked at it before they sent it and saw no damage to the watch. omega claims it was damaged somehow and they refuse to repair it under warranty.
