Acquired from the collection of Rene' Rondeau. Couldn't get a good picture of back inscription. It says "To A Craftsmen" 1955. Funny and different thing is that it was awarded to an American Hamilton craftsman with a Swiss movement! Also it is 10kt gold. Most award watches were 14kt. OK so the grail came in yesterday. I gotta say it is nicer than I anticipated. It is a large watch, which I wanted, but not as heavy as my Venom. The detail in the face is extrodinary!! The watch wears light and is much more comfortable than I expected. I got a bunch of comments at dinner last night and it's "unveiling." lol Overall i'm very pleased with it. Lovely but too . It grabs on everything. I ordered 2 and they are both going back. Should have ordered the er but I usually get the larger. I don't want to pay postage to &quote;try on&quote; the er size.
