Antique Elgin Pocket Watch. Nice little diall decoration!
Picked this up at an auction yesterday!I had to pay a little more for it than usual, a whole 20$. But I think it's worth it for sure! The fold fill is PERFECT, it starts right up after winding it a few times and it's been running for about a day now.The movement is a nice 17 jewel, and adjusted which is a bit interesting.It dates from around 1928.What do you guys think? Think I can get 50$ for it?........

Ebay auction on now; item# 130511667351 is a Richmond. Everything looks right except all the hands are wrong (the minute hand also appears Rhodium plated) as well as the movement. It's a 982 Medallion serial# M20502 circa 1942 which does corroborate with the inscription on the back. The movement should correctly be a 982 serial# J prefix, as this model was only made through 1940. I'm a purist and when it comes to the rarer watches I'm not sure what to call this one, but certainly I'd th........
