Hamilton 945 pocket watch in stainless steel case?

Hello all,Just arrived in the mail today! This is a Hamilton 945 23j pocket watch. It's the 10 size, and it came with the original inner and outer boxes! It says "945 Read" and "855316", with the number 6 typed on and the other digits printed. As indicated on the outer box, this has a stainless steel case. The serial number box only indicates "GL", and it says "ARN Dial" and "E170" on the outer box also. I popped open the back briefly and it also has "READ" stamped on the inside of the cas........

Advice needed omega versus Omiga
