Found another Benrus alarm/with question
I found a twin to my other Benrus alarm watch (which is posted below) at a flea market Sunday for $20. It was covered with dirt, but for that price is there to lose. It isn't like I need two Benrus alarm watches that are exactly the same, but I couldn't resist at that price. I spent this afternoon cleaning it up. Amazingly, once I removed the grime from the nooks in the case and from around the crystal and lugs, and then polished the crystal, it looked pretty good. I probably spent two hours ........
Hamilton Accuracy, unbelievable!!
Hi, I'm new to the Forum and would just like to add that my First Hamilton has amazed me by its accuracy, especially as its not certified as a chronometer. I set my Khaki Officer Auto with sub seconds dial to the GMT clock, last Saturday, in 7 days she has lost only 8 seconds!!! I'm aghast as to the accuracy of the 27 Jewel ETA movement :-)........
