  Mom and I had dinner at Ptrus, which is again (LOL) in Knightsbridge...The food was utterly brilliant, as was the ambience. We had an early reservation at 18:00 which was nice. The service was prompt with many caring waiters to take care of us.I shouldn't be eating so much foie gras but, it was a generous serving (I love it pan fried) although my Aberdeen Angus was no match to the Wagyu fillet ........

• Thoughts on watches as groomsmen gifts

  I'm getting married in January and I think it'd be really cool to get my groomsmen watches as their gift (hopefully they agree). I'm leaning toward Orient just because my own experience with their watches has been so good, and want to go with a classy looking watch on a leather strap that'll look good with their tuxes.The 60th Anniversary hand-wind edition would be perfect but it's out of the pric........

• leather & steel band?

  Hi everyone, I am new here. I saw someone today with a nice looking watch that had a leather and steel combination band on it. Anyone know any particular watch that comes with such type of band? I can only find either ones with all leather or all steel bands. Thanks.........
