PO Bezel Issue

I have already contacted Maria and my PO will be sent off to Bienne in the upcoming days. It is unfortunate that such a new watch (Dec of 07) has to be sent already. As some of you may know, a while ago I discovered that the 0 on the 30 calendar number was chipped. Now my bezel has gone in both direction and is so difficult to move that it hurts your fingers. I am not sure how this bezel movement problem has occured considering that I have not dropped nor banged my PO. I am wondering if any of y........

Is this a brand/type/style of watch or just a custom?
