Time Is Flying On This Watch!

I have a 39 jewel Benrus automatic from the sixties that was running fine and keeping accurate time, but all of a sudden it is running crazy fast. It's now gaining about about 7 minutes an hour!Does this sound like an adjustment problem or something more serious?Well, I must say the second hand looks great sweeping at this speed!........
