Broken Crown and Best Service I ever have

Woke up yesterday morning and felt like a day fit with my Omega Chronodiver , so i tried to wind it up and adjust it, when i was about to screw lock in the crown , then to my surprise, the crown didnt want to be locked , ( it seems can be wind up forever and I couldnt feel the usual resistance . worried that something really bad happened, i e-mail the omega service center in Jakarta. I also told them that i bought it in Singapore and I am worried that the international warranty might be an issu........
