When using any watch, I always shake my wrist, as I don't like the watch to stick in the skinalso I use it somehow loose, not too much, but neither too tightI think that this will be fine with automatic watches, but what about analog quartz? as I think that there are moving parts, and that can be somehow damaged with the shakeor not?........
