Renato CS problems
I read a thread at another forum which I found to be astonishing for the threats by admin there and the comments made by a well known tv host as well as the email from the mink head from Renato. And for the record, I own 9 Renato watches but that does not put them off limits to commentary. Comments on CS are part and parcel with buying anything. Furthermore, the discussion of where an item is made is also an open topic IMO. This is even more important when the company or companies in question go........
Dial refinishing?
I was curious if anyone knew of a reputable and affordable place that refinishes old pocket watch dials? I have an old Waltham Royal that is getting worked on but they will not touch the dial. It's a 2 million series from 1930ish and had a cut out for the seconds wheel. I tried to find a replacement dial but I can't find any that have the cut out. Any insight or road to go down would be helpfulIf you do know just send me a PM........
