I was recently given a frogman as a gift. The second hand on the watch does not move, but the watch keeps time. The chronograph does not work. Is there something that must be done before these features begin to work, or is my watch a dud? I have not been able to find anything online and there is no authorized dealer / repair shop near me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!........
