Why does Hamilton use odd lug width sizes?
Hello,I have owned numerous Hamiltons over the years and think they are a great watch. It makes me wonder why I used to spend >$1,000 for all those Omegas, Tudors, Breitlings, Oris etc when I get just as much enjoyment from <$500 Hamiltons.One pet peeve of mine, is on the Hamilton Jazzmaster Maestro. Why do they make these watches with a 23mm lug width and a 21mm deployant clasp? It makes it very difficult to replace the strap for something else and the 21mm deployant is almost useless if ........
Roda watches?
My dad found another old watch, and asked me about it. I had never heard of it, and believe it to be pretty old. Pics aren't great, only had my phone on me. The dial says Roda, Lifetime Mainspring, Antimagnetic and Swiss Made. Caseback also says Diamond Tooled and Radar Tested. Anyone know anything about them?........
