In the past 4 days I have seen something I have never seen before. Two automatic watches that have sweep hands that jump. This not the stutter you get with Miyota movements. This is a long pause (One was approx. 2 seconds and the other was about 4 seconds) then the sweep hand jumps. It was very consistent as though it was supposed to run like that, it didn't run smooth and then stutter.
