I was browsing through an online auction site to-day when I saw an auction for a laughably fake omega sold as a 'Presidential Designer Inspired Watch'. One look at the pic associated with it showed a fake of a omega with the (in)famous aftermarket diamond bezel and the omega markings blurred out. No, not removed from the watch - blurred out of the picture, the same way they blur people's faces in amateur adult pictures. There's enough not blurred out to tell that yes, that's a omega crown and........

Back in May, I decided I wanted a nice dress watch, which then turned into a couple, then of course you know the story. Unfortunately, at first, I just wanted something nice, but as I have learned WTF over the months, there is more to watches than just just a pretty face. Before, it was quantity, but now I'm inclined to automatics and quality and now that is even being refined further.So, not being a flipper, here are my watch mistakes that will remain mistakes.
