2nd Try at a Lord Elgin Panorama

I was really never happy with the first Panorama I bought. The dial had a few imperfections and the case's gold filling was worn through in a lot of places that you could see while on the wrist.I found one last week on the bay that didn't get a lot of attention. That was probably due the fact it had an abused crystal that hid the dial and the seller's pictures were bad as well.Luckily, the dial is near mint and the case has 60% less brassing and what there is of it is on the back of the case, ........

This watch generally is a good value. One odd thing about it is the movement. The second had moves continuously--it does not tick off seconds at each second mark., which takes a little getting used to. Otherwise looks great.
