Hello Everyone! Hope all is well with you and yours! I have looked through the whole forum until my eyes were blurry and couldn't find a similar watch.It has W 14k gold on the 6 O'clock side and there is a presentation inscription that has the date 09-22-1952.It is totally gold.img_0388.jpgimg_0389.jpgI know the band is not Omega but is a 10k gold marked band. Use excessive quantities of nasty looking glue to place gold squares at, or somewhat near to, the hour marker lines then, as a master touch, plonk blu-tack (or possibly even paper-spit balls) where the original hour markers were. Finally, ensure that the sub seconds "gunsight" does not line up with the marker line at 6. Job done; proudly display your wares at ebay and hope for an excellent auction result!Why, why, WHY? I bought this watch for my wife after she saw a print ad for it. I must agree that it is a beautiful watch, but the face is a bit . If we could change one thing we would have made the face a bit er... other than that it is well worth the price.
