Hello from a new member/question about IWC repair

Hi, I've just joined the forum and shall start browsing immediately.I've got a question regarding a IWC Fliegerchrono which I've bought some 8 years ago or so while I lived in Singapore.I dropped the watch some time ago and after that it sometimes just stopped running for some reason. Later on I saw that the upper pusher was loose and I was able to tighten it a bit by hand and there you go, she started ticking again.Thought I'll have it fixed someday and so it's been sitting in the box for some ........

Is this a legitimate Elgin military?

I've been collecting parts to put together an Elgin A-11. I've also been studying other A-11s on Ebay. Item # 220836213889 is unlike any WWII watch I've seen yet. It has a new looking case, a nice grade 532 (Y591919) but the black dial puts the stem at 6. It's marked U.S.Navy at 12 and Property at 6 in curved white letters. There is no pic of the back. Is this a construction or a real rare variant of the A-11? Joel........
