I know most times when we hear about a retailer it's to complain, but here's a happy ending. I own(ed) a Tiffany's SS quartz watch. It came on a decent leather band, and a few months later I purchased a croc strap also. Changing straps and battery replacement is free for life at Tiffany's when you purchase one of their items.
