help with repairs

I bought two nice watches for $20.00 (a steal) and I am pretty sure at least one of them needs repair. IN all my years of colecting watches I have only once had a watch repaired and that was just recently when I sent my Bulova in to Bulova. My new Clerc CXX diver was waiting by the door when I got home from work at 1:30 am last night - long, long day :mad: - but my WTF Limited Edition was merely a postal pick up ticket. And talk about fast shipping (for $1.99 too) - I ordered on Sunday afternoon and got it Tuesday.Admittedly, I didn't spend a long time looking at the Clerc.
