Hope you all don't mind, but I wanted to share a recent success with my new friends.. At the beginning of July I weighed the most Ive ever weighed at 245lbs. Exercising portion control, and aggresively monitoring my caloric intake compared to output and getting daily exercise, I weighed in at 227lbs this morning. Before today I actually can't remember the last time I weighed less than 230. It can be done gentleman, it can be done. I turned 36 in June and began to feel like it may be impossibleI'........
