Cartier Tank Americaine Small

I want to buy an Explorer II. The sales woman priced it at around $5,900. She said that price is firm, and that she had no way of lowering it, because if she did, the store had the risk of omega pulling it's dealership from them.What she did offer me was the watch plus a $1,500 or so store credit, to be used on whatever else. I don't need another watch beside the omega, and I don't have a girlfriend/wife to give a bracelet/necklace to, so the store credit would be useless to me.Is that for real?........
