What is wrong with this picture?

Watch 009.jpgWatch 002.jpgAgain, my jeweler (or more specifically, the watch maker he sends his stuff out to) lets me down. Fisrt I got my Dexter back with the same crystal on it that you can hardly see through, though everything else he did was mint. Now I get back my K-454 and although it is now shiny and running, it still lacks a second hand and the hour markers are still not there....Frustrated to say the least...........

Anyone have any of these? Any opinions on their quality? Not the most highly-rated brand around here, but thought I'd ask anyway.........
