Vintage Men's Longines Watch: Can Anyone Tell Me About It?
[FONT="chet MS"][/FONT]....Just got this back from my watch guy, and went over to ebay to see if I could find anything like it......no such luck.....It is small, about the size of any vintage Bulova or Elgin of the 1930s...........Got some photos showing, the watch as a whole ( sorry about the little dust specks on the watch itself, I live in a house with 5 cats !....and it's an 1890s farm house on 10 acres, so dust is sorta impossible to get away from.....then the dial, then the movement...............

(It's on the plane!)Straight out of the box:As you can see, it needs a little polish but nothing too bad. As long as there are no gouges and dings it's not a hard job at all. The backround behind the logo is a little more worn than I thought too. The dial & hands appear to be excellent beneath the scuffs & scratches of the crystal (which will get buffed out). The tone of the gold is much redder than the camera can capture....but coming from the land of Dracula what did you expect? :........
