Kinda silly question.. how to wind my spitfire?

So I have a few automatic watches but this is my first IWC.. I don't want to ruin anything so I think it's better to ask.. How do I know if the watch is in the screw or wind setting? I feel the watch making alot of noise/resistance when trying to be wound if I have the right setting. Is this normal? Thanks!........

Great watch. In response to another review, the inside of the band is stamped genuine leather. Nice face and the hands are like a silvery blue, it is water resistant and stanless steel case. really fun watch.
