Does it hurt to the the spring run all the way out? Now that I have two omegaes, this has become an issue. My Milgauss is dressier and I tend to not wear it often enough to keep it alive. If I have to, I'll get a winder. But it seems that would cause additional wear that is unnecessary if I don't wear it for a few weeks. If I'm winding it from dead, how many winds?
