Vintage Omega Info?

It was suggested that I posted a couple pictures of a vintage Omega that I've been unable to find info on in this forum. Figured someone ought to know. Anyone? Here are a few photos of the Omega. Model #2011 (If that sounds right?) Stamped on the warranty guide. Second pic isn't the best. Just my handheld digital with a goofy white balance setting for the macro.........
