What's wrong with this watch?

I have had my eye on this for ages as it just calls out to me, however I get the impression it was not and is not a popular watch and that the movement is not up to much? I understand it is a Tag cal 17 "Piggy back" chrono module but don't know if this is good, bad or neither? Can I ask for some feedback regarding the build quality, movement etc? It is not a cheap watch and retailed for 1,995 gbp ($2,900 usd) before it was recently discontinued.However I hardly ever see one posted on forums or ........
